On Saturday March 14, 2009, Shakti Rising is having a "Love Your Life Day." From 1:00-4:00 p.m. there will be FREE yoga classes taught by Jenny of Four Seasons Yoga, as well as a nutrition class on cooking with herbs and a keynote speaker--Christine Aylo--discussing and signing copies of her new book: Choosing ME before We, Every Women's Guide to Life and Love."
